Privacy, safety, and support
6Tool documentation explains product behavior but does not replace the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or a direct support response. Use the account and parent-led flows shown by the product for youth accounts.
Protect an account or youth participant
- Use a unique password and keep reset links and one-time codes private.
- Confirm the active account and child, team, or organization before opening or sharing results.
- For a visitor under 13, use the parent-led account setup shown by 6Tool.
- On a shared device, sign out and close private account or result pages before handing it to another person.
Expected result: only the intended account can reach its private dashboard and the next device user cannot see the previous user's account information.
Share results safely
Use only the product's approved share action and review the destination before sending. An approved public assessment-results page uses an opaque link and is designed to omit direct personal identifiers, but anyone who receives a valid link may be able to view that report. Share it only with the participant's permission or the appropriate parent or guardian's permission.
Do not post private dashboards, answer reviews, event-session URLs, screenshots with names or emails, or a child's detailed information publicly. If a shared result says Results not available, ask the result owner to review or replace the link; do not guess, modify, or request its token.
Contact support safely
- Record the article or page URL, screen name, app version, platform, timestamp with time zone, and exact error.
- Include a correlation or support ID when the product displays one.
- Crop screenshots to the affected control and remove unrelated names, emails, reports, payment information, and child information.
- Send the request to
support@6-tool.com.
Expected result: support receives enough context to identify the surface and failure without receiving credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Support does not need your password, reset link, one-time code, provider token, full payment details, or another person's private report. If an email or page asks for those secrets, stop and contact support through the published address.
Troubleshooting and escalation
- For an account you do not recognize, sign out and do not continue into its dashboard.
- If private information appeared on a shared or public device, close the page, sign out where possible, and report what was exposed and when.
- For current legal terms and privacy choices, use the links above and the options in account settings.
- For an urgent safety or privacy concern, state that clearly in the support subject and include only the minimum identifying information needed.
