Review a child's progress
Sign in as the parent and select the intended child. Available progress depends on completed work, team access, sport, season, and the parent's permissions.
Review progress
- On the parent dashboard, choose the child whose work you want to review.
- Review available performance, assessment, quiz, and learning sections.
- Open Reports for report-card information available to the family.
- Open completed work or switch into the child's player view when a child task requires the player experience.
- Confirm the child name, sport, team, and season before interpreting a score.
- Discuss results as development information, not as a definitive talent or health judgment.
Expected result: you see the available activity and reports for the selected managed child.
If recent work is missing, refresh once after returning to the parent context and allow processing time. Confirm that the child used the same managed account. Contact support with the child username, activity title, platform, and completion time; do not send private report contents unless specifically needed through an approved support channel.
