Enter a managed child player view and safely return to the parent.

Switch between parent and child
Switching changes the active signed-in context. Confirm the displayed name before taking quizzes, reviewing results, or purchasing.
Switch to a child
- Open the parent dashboard.
- Find the intended child card.
- Choose Switch to Account and wait while the context changes.
- Confirm the child name and player dashboard before continuing.
Return to the parent
- From the family-switched player dashboard, use the available return or switch-to-parent action.
- Wait for the parent dashboard to load.
- Confirm the adult account before managing another child.
Expected result: navigation and data match the selected family member without a second password prompt.
Do not use browser back, close the app during Switching, or submit work until the correct name appears. If switching stalls, restart once and sign in to the parent account normally. Contact support with parent and child usernames, platform, and time—never either password.
