Remove a child or account
Deleting a managed child is destructive. Confirm the child and understand the warning before continuing. If you only need to correct a profile or password, edit the child instead.
Delete a managed child
- Sign in as the parent and open the children list.
- Confirm the child card by name and username.
- Choose the delete control.
- Read the Delete Child warning. The interface states that the child's account and associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
- Choose Cancel if anything is uncertain; otherwise choose Delete once and wait for confirmation.
Expected result: the deleted child no longer appears in the parent's child list.
Other removal requests
Do not delete a child merely to leave a team, correct an invite, or fix a display name. For parent-account deletion, family-link errors, custody concerns, or a child you do not recognize, contact support before acting. Provide account identifiers and the requested outcome, but no passwords, private results, or full child birth date.
