Set up a parent and child account
6Tool uses an age check to route a child under 13 through a parent or guardian flow. The adult should complete verification and consent steps personally.
Complete signup
- Begin Create Account and enter the child's birth information accurately.
- When the parental notice appears, stop and have the parent or guardian continue.
- The adult chooses the offered parent sign-in method and completes any email or phone verification shown.
- Review the parental notice, terms, and consent information before agreeing.
- Complete the parent account setup.
- From the parent dashboard, add the managed child when prompted, using only the requested first name, an available username, password, and accurate birth date.
- Store the child's username securely and do not share it publicly.
Expected result: the adult reaches the parent dashboard and the child appears as a managed player account.
If signup is interrupted
Return to the same device or browser and sign in with the adult method already used. Continue the parental notice or verification step instead of restarting with a new email. Support can use the parent account email, platform, and last completed screen; it does not need a child's password or full birth date.
