Create an account and sign in

Use the sign-up flow for your role. Have access to your email or linked sign-in provider. A child under 13 must use the parent or guardian flow rather than creating an independent adult-style account.

Create an account

1. If you received an invite, open the newest invite first.
2. Choose the account type that matches your role.
3. Enter the requested age or birth-date information accurately. The flow can redirect a child to parent or guardian setup.
4. Choose an offered sign-in method. Web sign-up can offer Apple, Google, or email; available methods can vary by surface.
5. For email sign-up, enter the requested profile details, create a unique password, review the terms, and submit once.
6. Complete any email, phone, parent, or profile confirmation shown.

Expected result: you are signed in and routed to the dashboard for your role or returned to the invite or activity you opened.

If you cannot sign in

1. Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your account.
2. Use Forgot password to request a reset message.
3. Check spam or filtered folders for the reset email.
4. If you used Apple or Google originally, try that same provider instead of creating another account.
5. Close duplicate sign-in tabs and retry once in the same browser or app.
6. Contact support if the email is attached to an unexpected account or the reset message never arrives.

Send support the account email, platform, approximate time, and exact error. Never send your password, one-time code, or password-reset link.
