Install and update 6Tool
Use the current mobile app or a current browser. Keep access to your original sign-in method before replacing a device or reinstalling.
Mobile
- Open the official app marketplace on the device.
- Search for 6Tool and confirm the app identity before installing.
- If already installed, choose Update when the marketplace offers it.
- Open 6Tool and sign in with the same Apple, Google, email, or family account method used previously.
- Allow only the device permissions you need. Notification permission can be changed later in device settings.
Web
- Open the 6Tool site in a current browser.
- Allow normal site storage and redirects needed to move between the public sign-in and role application.
- Sign in, then bookmark the dashboard only after the redirect finishes.
Expected result: the current experience opens and routes you to the correct dashboard after sign-in.
If an update is unavailable, restart the marketplace or browser and check device compatibility and free storage. Do not install packages or profiles sent through unofficial messages. Support can use your device type, operating system, app version, and exact error; it does not need your password.
