Complete first-time setup

After account creation, 6Tool may ask for role, age, profile, sport, team, or consent information. Complete these prompts before looking for assigned work.

Set up your account

1. Confirm that the displayed account and role are correct.
2. Enter only the profile information requested. For a managed child, use the child's first name and accurate birth date; do not put a last name into a field that requests first name only.
3. Choose the sport or context you currently use. If more than one is available, check the active selection before reviewing scores or work.
4. Accept an organization or team invite only when you recognize the sender and destination.
5. Allow notifications only if you want reminders and account updates on that device; this can be changed later in mobile settings.
6. Return to the dashboard after the final prompt.

Expected result: the dashboard loads with the correct role and any available team, child, quiz, assessment, or Clubhouse content.

If setup is interrupted

Reopen the app or site and sign in with the same method. Continue the setup prompt if it returns; do not create a second account. For an interrupted youth signup, the parent or guardian should resume from the current parental notice or verification step. Contact support with the platform and last completed screen if the flow repeatedly returns to the beginning.
