Choose your role and app

Choose the role that describes what you need to do now. Some accounts can have more than one role, so the available dashboard can change with the active context.

Choose the correct experience

1. Choose Player to take assigned or public activities, view completed work, open Clubhouse content, join teams, attend events, and review reports.
2. Choose Parent to add or edit a managed child, switch into a child's player view, or review the child's available progress.
3. Choose Coach to manage teams, rosters, assignments, and results.
4. Choose Organization when your task affects organization-wide staff, teams, content, billing, or events.
5. On mobile, open the menu to confirm the active role from its role-specific destinations. On web, confirm the application and dashboard heading before making changes.

Expected result: the dashboard and navigation match the role needed for your task.

Mobile and web differences

The mobile player menu includes My Quizzes, Completed Quizzes, Clubhouse Content, My Teams, Invites, Events, notifications, reports, and Help & Learn. The mobile parent menu focuses on quizzes, Clubhouse content, invites, notifications, reports, and family management from the dashboard. Web labels and available features can differ.

If a role you expect is missing, do not create a duplicate account. Sign in with the intended email, then ask the team or organization administrator to confirm your access.
