6Tool plan availability can vary by platform, region, and current offer. The purchase or subscription screen in your app is the source of truth for the current price, billing period, and included access.

Check or change access

1. Sign in to the account that made or received the purchase.
2. Open the locked activity or the subscription area in account settings.
3. Review the plan, term, price, and purchasing account shown by the platform.
4. Complete a purchase only once and wait for confirmation before retrying.
5. Return to the content and refresh once while signed in to the same account.
6. Use the subscription-management option offered by the purchasing platform when you need to review renewal or cancellation choices.

Expected result: entitled content opens for the correct account, or the current plan state is visible without another charge attempt.

Key concepts

A subscription and a one-time content purchase are not necessarily the same entitlement. A parent's own access also does not automatically prove that a specific child has access; check the selected recipient during a child purchase.

If access is missing, contact support with the account email, platform, content title, and non-sensitive receipt reference. Never send full card, bank, or store-account credentials.
