Manage your profile and account
Confirm the signed-in account before changing identity or security settings. Managed child settings are controlled from the parent experience.
Update account settings
- Open profile or Account Settings.
- Review the displayed username or account information.
- Under sign-in methods, review linked providers and follow the confirmation flow before linking or unlinking one.
- If the account uses a password, open the password section and enter a new password as requested.
- Review subscription information in the subscription section when present.
- Sign out and back in only after a security change confirms success.
Expected result: the saved setting appears and you retain at least one working sign-in method.
Do not unlink the only method you can use, create a duplicate account, or send credentials to support. If the email or provider belongs to another account, stop and contact support with the two non-secret account identifiers and exact message.
