Understand strikes and attempt limits

Some quiz experiences track strikes or limit attempts. The exact rule can depend on the activity, sport, access level, and organizer settings.

When a strike or block appears

  1. Read the message before leaving the screen; it explains the current state.
  2. Return to the dashboard or quiz list using the offered control.
  3. Review completed work and explanations instead of repeatedly reopening the same quiz.
  4. If the message points to Premium or another access requirement, check the signed-in account and entitlement before purchasing.
  5. Ask the assigning coach whether another attempt is expected or available.

Expected result: you understand whether to review, wait, change access, or contact the organizer rather than creating duplicate attempts.

Closing the app, switching accounts, or resubmitting does not safely remove an attempt record. If a strike appeared after a technical failure, send support the quiz title, platform, approximate time, and exact message. Do not ask support to alter another player's record.
