Assessments

Assessments help organize structured responses and provide development insights. Access may come from an assignment, invite, purchase, or redemption.

Before you begin

  • Use a supported browser or the current mobile app.
  • Check your connection and make sure you have enough time to finish.
  • Confirm the intended player profile, sport, and assessment.
  • Ask a coach or administrator if you cannot see the expected assignment.

Complete an assessment

  1. Open the assessment from the dashboard, assignment, or trusted invitation.
  2. If access is required, complete the offered purchase or redemption once and wait for confirmation.
  3. Complete any requested player or position confirmation.
  4. Read each prompt and use the displayed response control.
  5. Use Resume when the assessment explicitly offers it. Some open attempts can be non-resumable, so read warnings before leaving.
  6. Submit once and wait for the completion state.
  7. Open the available score or report view after processing completes.

Expected result: the assessment is marked complete and available results appear for authorized player, parent, coach, or organization views.

If progress is missing, refresh once and sign in again only after confirming the work was saved. Contact support with the assessment name, player account, platform, and approximate time. Share results only with an authorized recipient.
