Manage player notifications
Player notifications can include quiz reminders, team invites, and account updates. Sign in to the full player account; anonymous guests do not receive all account-specific destinations.
Review and configure notifications
- Open the mobile menu and choose My Notifications.
- Open an item to review its destination and mark it read when offered.
- Use the available mark-all-read action if you have reviewed the list.
- Open profile or account settings, then Notifications.
- Set Push notifications on or off.
- If needed, open device settings and allow or block 6Tool alerts there.
Expected result: the in-app unread state reflects reviewed items and push permission matches your choice.
If a notification opens missing content, verify the active account, team, and sport. For delayed push alerts, check device focus and battery settings. Do not share screenshots that expose team, child, or result information.
