Take a quiz

Before starting, confirm the quiz title, account, and available time. Use a stable connection and keep the app or browser open while an answer is being saved.

Complete a quiz

1. Open the quiz from My Quizzes, the dashboard, an event, or a trusted shared link.
2. Read the introduction and note whether the activity is practice, scored, timed, or event-based.
3. Choose Start or Resume when offered.
4. Read the prompt and all answer choices. Some questions can use media, multiple selections, ordering, matching, ranking, or diagram interaction.
5. Use the on-screen next or submit control once for each response.
6. On the final screen, review the completion state before leaving.

Expected result: 6Tool displays a completion or results screen and the quiz later appears in completed work when review is available.

If the quiz stops or disappears

1. Confirm that you are signed in to the intended account.
2. Return to the quiz list and use Resume if it appears.
3. Reload or restart once; do not clear app data while work may be pending.
4. Ask the coach to confirm the quiz is still published and assigned.
5. Contact support with the quiz title, question number, platform, time, and exact error.

Do not repeatedly submit the same answer or attempt to work around a lockout.
