Unlock Premium content
Confirm which player should receive access before purchasing. A lock can represent a subscription requirement, one-time purchase, or unavailable assignment.
Unlock an item
- Sign in to the intended account and open the locked item.
- Read the access message and choose the offered Unlock or upgrade action.
- Review the item, recipient, price, and purchase terms.
- Approve the purchase once through the displayed web or mobile checkout.
- Wait for confirmation, then return to the item and refresh once.
Expected result: the lock clears for the entitled account and the content opens.
Do not repeat checkout while fulfillment is pending. If charged access remains locked, preserve the receipt, verify the purchasing account, and contact support with a non-sensitive receipt reference, content title, platform, and time. Never send full payment details or store credentials.
