Join an organization or team

An organization or team administrator may invite you by email, code, or link. Use the intended player account. A parent should confirm which child the invite is for before accepting.

Accept an invite

  1. Verify that you recognize the organization or team and sender.
  2. Open the newest email, code, or link.
  3. Sign in to the account named or intended by the invitation. If you need an account, continue through the invite's sign-up path.
  4. Review the organization and team shown, then accept or join once.
  5. On mobile, check Invites and My Teams; refresh once if the accepted team is not immediately visible.

Expected result: the player appears in the intended team context and can see content assigned to that membership.

An invite is missing

  • Ask the administrator to confirm the email address and resend the invite.
  • Check spam, promotions, and organizational quarantine folders.
  • Open a new invite if the original one has expired.
  • Confirm that a parent has not accepted a child invite into the parent's own profile.
  • Contact support with the organization, team, intended account, and invite timestamp, but no passwords or private report data.
