Convert a guest to a full account

A guest can use limited player experiences. Create a full account when you need account-specific invites, notifications, saved access, or identity across devices.

Create the account

1. From the guest player experience, choose the available Create Account action.
2. Enter the requested birth date accurately. A child under 13 is redirected to the parent or guardian flow.
3. Enter name and a valid email, then create and confirm a password.
4. Review and accept the displayed terms.
5. Submit once and wait for the signed-in player dashboard.
6. Confirm the new account identity before joining a team or purchasing.

Expected result: the session becomes a signed-in player account with full account navigation.

Guest activity may not transfer unless the flow explicitly confirms it. Do not create multiple accounts to preserve progress. If conversion fails, keep the app installed, record the guest activity and error, and contact support before clearing app data.
