Buy content for a child
Sign in as the parent and confirm the intended managed child. Availability and price can vary by content, platform, and current offer.
Complete the purchase
- Open the parent dashboard and find the offered child purchase card or content access prompt.
- Select the child recipient and verify the displayed name.
- Review the content, price, terms, and purchasing account.
- Approve the purchase once through the displayed checkout.
- Wait for fulfillment before closing the app or retrying.
- Return to the child section or switch to the child's account to confirm access.
Expected result: the selected child can open the purchased content.
A parent's subscription or purchase does not automatically prove every child has access. If fulfillment is delayed, do not buy again. Contact support with the parent account, child username, content title, platform, time, and a non-sensitive receipt reference. Never send full payment details.
