Notifications and email preferences
6Tool can show in-app activity and, when enabled, mobile push alerts. Email choices can also depend on the message type and account role.
Set mobile push alerts
- Open account or profile settings in the mobile app.
- Open Notifications.
- Set Push notifications to the desired state.
- If the app says alerts are disabled at the device level, choose Open iPhone Settings or Open device settings and allow 6Tool alerts there.
- When available, use Send sample alert and move 6Tool to the background or lock the device to verify delivery.
Expected result: the app reports push alerts as enabled and the device allows 6Tool notifications.
Email and in-app messages
Use the unsubscribe or preference control provided in an optional email when available. Account, security, consent, purchase, or required service messages may not use the same preference. Open My Notifications to review available in-app items for the active role.
If alerts do not arrive, confirm the signed-in account, device permission, network, and focus or battery restrictions. Avoid posting notification screenshots that reveal a child's name, team, or results.
