Use this guide to choose the correct 6Tool experience before creating an account. You only need to know whether you are participating, supporting a child, managing a team, or administering an organization.
Get oriented
- Choose your role:
- Player: take quizzes and assessments, use Clubhouse content, join teams, and review progress.
- Parent or guardian: create or manage a child account and view the child's available learning and results.
- Coach: manage teams, players, assignments, and results.
- Organization administrator: manage organization-wide people, teams, content, and access.
- Use the mobile app for the full role-based player and parent experience. Web experiences are also available for many account, player, and parent tasks.
- Create an account or sign in. If you received an invitation, begin with the newest invite link and use its intended account.
- Complete any first-time role, sport, age, or profile prompts.
- Open the dashboard and confirm that your name, role, and expected team or child context are correct.
Expected result: you reach the dashboard for the role you selected and can open the features available to that account.
If the experience looks wrong
Sign out and verify the account email before changing any data. A coach, parent, and player can have different dashboards, and a family-switched child session intentionally shows the player experience. If the wrong role persists, contact support with the platform, account email, and the role shown. Never send a password, one-time code, or a child's private results.
