Organization event administration availability
Customer event creation and editing are not currently available in the organization portal. An Events route may be visible for some roles, but its migration placeholder is not a working administration tool.
What you can do
- Do not enter event details into a page marked as being migrated.
- Contact Customer Success with the organization name, event goal, requested date, and authorized contact.
- Do not include participant lists or other personal information until support provides an approved collection method.
- Wait for written confirmation of what event functionality is available for the organization.
Expected result: the request is routed safely without implying that a placeholder page saved event data.
Troubleshooting
- Missing Events usually reflects role or subscription access.
- Never enter production event data into a placeholder page.
- Do not use internal administration routes or ask support for internal credentials.
