Manage the organization profile
Update the organization name and logo as an owner.

Manage the organization profile
This task requires an organization owner and the organization web portal. The coach web and mobile apps do not expose organization profile editing.
Update the profile
- Open Teams and choose View Full Organization if a team is selected.
- In the organization summary, choose Edit.
- Update Organization Name.
- To replace the logo, choose an image file and wait until Uploading... disappears and the preview is correct.
- Choose Submit, wait for Organization updated successfully, then choose Done.
- Refresh and confirm the name and logo appear in the organization header.
The organization name is required. Uploading a logo also adds it to the organization's managed media.
Troubleshooting
- You do not have access to this view means an owner must make the change.
- Do not submit while the file is still uploading.
- If the old logo remains, refresh after upload completion before uploading a second copy.
