Event leaderboard embed availability
Public leaderboard embeds are not currently available through the organization portal. The existing embed route is marked for migration and must not be published as a working customer integration.
Request a supported leaderboard
- Do not construct an embed URL or query parameters manually.
- Contact Customer Success with the organization, event, intended audience, host website, and whether individual or team results are requested.
- Confirm that every displayed field is approved for that public audience.
- Publish only a URL and integration method explicitly supplied for the event.
- Test the result signed out and at mobile width before sharing it.
Expected result: either an approved integration is supplied and verified, or the website remains without an embed. A migration placeholder is never treated as a live leaderboard.
Troubleshooting
- Contact Customer Success when the preview is unavailable or points to the wrong event.
- Remove an embed immediately if it exposes unintended participant information.
- Website content-security settings may also block frames; give your web administrator the exact supported embed origin.
