Manage organization quizzes

Choose View Full Organization for shared inventory or select one team to narrow the list.

Work with quiz inventory

1. Open Quizzes.
2. Search or filter the list and review Title, Created, Participation, Score, and Source.
3. Open a quiz row to review details.
4. Use Create a Quiz for new organization-authored content.
5. Open Scheduled Quizzes to inspect future delivery, Quiz Invites to inspect assignments, or Quizzes Taken for completions.
6. Confirm team scope before editing, inviting, or scheduling.

The source indicator distinguishes 6Tool-provided quizzes from quizzes your organization made. Permissions can limit editing or result access. A quiz list entry does not mean that every player received an invitation.

Troubleshooting

• If a quiz is missing, switch between the selected team and full organization.
• Do not recreate 6Tool content when it can be reused.
• If participation is empty, inspect invites and completed attempts separately.
