Understand organization roles

Visible navigation and actions depend on role, team assignment, and subscription tier. Public organization procedures cover owner, admin, coach, and assistant workflows; internal platform-administration roles are not customer roles.

Review access

  1. In the organization portal, open Coaches.
  2. Use full-organization view to see each coach's teams, or select a team to see roles for that team.
  3. Open a coach's details or edit page.
  4. Grant only the role and teams required for current responsibilities.
  5. Save, then ask the coach to sign in again and verify the expected navigation.
  6. Remove obsolete team access promptly when responsibilities change.

Owners can manage organization profile and subscription areas. Other roles see only actions allowed by access checks; unavailable controls may be hidden rather than disabled.

Troubleshooting

  • If a coach sees too little, verify both organization role and team assignment.
  • If they see too much, remove excess access immediately and review affected teams.
  • Never share an owner account or grant a broad role merely to bypass a missing button.
