Choose the right coach surface
Your permissions follow your account, but the available tasks differ by surface.
Pick a surface
- Use the modern coach web app for a focused view of teams, player progress, content completions, published content, reports, invitations, and school results.
- Use the mobile coach experience for day-to-day work: Dashboard, My Quizzes, Clubhouse Content, Teams, Invites, My Notifications, and Reports.
- Use the organization web portal for organization-wide setup: teams, coaches, players, groups, quiz/question authoring, subscription, and supported event tools.
- Select a team before making team-specific changes in the organization portal; choose View Full Organization to return to the rollup.
Expected navigation depends on role, subscription tier, and whether a team is selected. Missing organization-wide controls do not necessarily indicate an error.
Troubleshooting
- If a task in this library is not visible, confirm that you opened the surface named in the guide and that the correct team is selected.
- Ask an organization owner to review your role; do not share credentials.
- Event pages that display placeholder or unavailable content are not a safe place to complete administration; contact support instead.
