You need quiz-authoring permission in the organization portal.

Add or review a question

1. Open Questions.
2. Search the list before creating a new item.
3. Choose the create action and enter the prompt.
4. Add the supported answer options and identify the correct answer.
5. Apply the relevant categories or scope and add image or video media only when you have permission to use it.
6. Save, reopen the question, and verify the prompt, options, answer, and media.
7. Add the reviewed question to the intended quiz.

Questions and 6Tool-provided content may have different ownership. Edit only content your role permits; reuse shared material through supported controls instead of copying text unnecessarily.

Troubleshooting

• If a question cannot be edited, check its source and your organization role.
• If media is missing, wait for upload completion and reopen the item.
• Correct an answer before publishing; changing a question later can affect how future attempts are presented.
