Use coach reports and emails

Reports contain private player information. Confirm the team, report scope, and recipient authorization before downloading or sharing anything.

Review and share reports

  1. On mobile, open Reports. In coach web, select a team and choose View Report Card, or open content and player result pages.
  2. Confirm the player, team, assessment or quiz, and reporting period.
  3. Use groups when the report or assignment should target a stable subset of a roster.
  4. Review scores and completion data before downloading a report.
  5. In coach web, the team Coaches tab shows report-group subscribers who can access that team. Organization owners manage broader staff roles in the organization portal.
  6. Send a report only through the supported share action or your organization's approved secure channel.

Quiz assignment emails or in-app notices are driven by invitation records and recipient account data. A roster membership alone does not promise an email. Report downloads do not automatically email the player. If a page offers a recipient choice, verify it each time.

Troubleshooting

  • If a report is empty, verify the selected team, completed attempts, and the player's current membership.
  • If an expected email is missing, inspect the invite status, verify the account email, and check spam before resending once.
  • Remove unintended team subscribers through an authorized organization owner; do not share an account to grant report access.
