Review a player profile and progress

You must have access to the player's team. Confirm the selected team and player before interpreting results.

Review progress

1. In coach web, open Dashboard, select a team, and choose the player row.
2. Review the read-only 6Tool IQ card when available.
3. Review Completed Content for type, score, correct answers, points, and completion time.
4. Review Pending Content for assignments the player has not completed, including the content name and publish time.
5. In the organization portal, open Players, choose the player, and use the available result and report views for organization-managed quizzes.
6. On mobile, use Reports for coach reporting rather than expecting the same web table layout.

An absent IQ card can mean no eligible display data. N/A fields mean that a metric does not apply or was not returned; do not treat them as zero.

Troubleshooting

• Player Not Found usually means the player is no longer on the selected team or the team changed.
• Refresh after recent completion; do not ask the player to retake immediately.
• Keep downloaded reports private and share only with authorized recipients.
