Review team join requests
Only act on people you recognize and on the intended team.
Resolve a request
- In coach web or mobile, open Invites. In the organization portal, use the join-request indicator on Coaches or the player/team requests page.
- Open the pending request and confirm the requester, inviter, and team.
- Choose Accept to grant the requested membership, Decline to reject it, or Report when the request is suspicious.
- For a report, select or enter an accurate reason and submit.
- Refresh the roster. Accepted player requests become roster memberships; accepted coach requests grant coach team access.
Other team coaches may also receive the same coach request. Once one authorized coach decides it, the related request is resolved for the team.
Troubleshooting
- If the request is already resolved, refresh before acting again.
- If you cannot identify the requester, decline or report rather than approving.
- A reported item is sent for review; do not include passwords or unrelated private information in the reason.
