Assign a quiz
Invite selected players or groups to take a published quiz.

Assign a quiz
The quiz must be ready for use, and recipients must belong to the intended organization or team.
Send the assignment
- In the organization portal, select the relevant team when the assignment is team-specific.
- Open Quizzes, select the quiz, and choose the invite or assignment action.
- Select the intended players or supported group; review the recipient count.
- Set any available timing or attempt options.
- Submit once and open Quiz Invites to confirm the records were created.
- Ask a test recipient to check My Quizzes or the player app before sending a separate reminder.
The system records quiz invites and may send email or in-app notifications when the recipient and assignment configuration support them. A listed invite is the source of truth; email delivery can also depend on the address and mail provider.
Troubleshooting
- If a player is absent, confirm team membership and selected team.
- If an email is not received, check spam and verify the account email; do not create a duplicate invite repeatedly.
- Use Quiz Invites to inspect status before resending.
