Manage a team roster

Open the intended team and confirm its name before changing membership.

Update a player

1. In coach web, select the team and open the Players tab.
2. For a pending player you recognize, choose the verify action.
3. To change membership duration, choose the edit action and select Indefinitely or For a season. Supply valid start and end dates.
4. Choose Update and confirm the roster reloads.
5. To remove access, choose the remove action, verify the player's identity, and confirm the prompt.
6. Select a player row to review progress without editing the roster.

Removing a player removes that team membership; it is not the same as deleting the player's 6Tool account. Changing team defaults does not alter existing memberships.

Troubleshooting

• Only pending players can be verified with the verify action.
• If a player appears under the wrong account, resolve the duplicate before assigning more work.
• If an update fails, refresh and confirm another coach did not change the row.
