Request access to a team
Join an existing team as a coach using its code or school email.

Request access to a team
Get the team code from a current coach or owner. Use the account that should receive team access.
Send the request
- In the coach mobile app, open Teams, or in the organization portal open Request team access when prompted.
- Enter the team code. If the web form offers a school-email lookup, use the email associated with the team.
- Review the returned team name before sending the request.
- Submit once and wait for a current team coach or owner to approve it.
- Check Invites or My Notifications for the decision, then refresh Teams.
A request remains pending until an existing team subscriber accepts or declines it. Approval grants coach access; it does not add you as a player.
Troubleshooting
- Re-enter the code without extra spaces and ask the owner to confirm it.
- Do not submit repeated requests while one is pending.
- If the wrong team appears, cancel before submitting and get the correct code.
- If approval was confirmed but the team is absent, sign out and back in, then ask the approver to verify the request status.
