Create an organization
Create the organization that owns your teams and subscription.

Create an organization
Create an organization only when you are responsible for a new program. If the program already exists, request access from its owner. Organization creation and administration use the organization web portal, not the modern coach dashboard or mobile coach screens.
Create the organization
- Sign up with the coach/organization account path.
- Enter the program name and required account information.
- Complete the subscription or setup choices displayed for the account.
- Open Teams. The organization summary should appear above My Teams.
- To change the public-facing name or logo, open the organization view, choose Edit, update Organization Name or Image, and choose Submit.
After submission, the organization becomes the container for teams, coaches, players, groups, quizzes, and billing. A logo upload can take a moment; wait for the upload to finish before submitting.
Troubleshooting
- If you see You do not have access to this view, your account is not the organization owner. Ask an owner to make the change.
- If the program already exists, stop and use request team access to avoid split rosters and reports.
- If a logo fails, retry with a common image format and stable connection.
