Schedule a quiz

Scheduling is available through the organization portal. Confirm the selected team, quiz, and recipients before choosing a time.

Create or edit a schedule

1. Open Quizzes, then Scheduled Quizzes.
2. Choose the schedule action from the intended quiz.
3. Select players, quiz categories or question count when offered.
4. Choose the delivery days and displayed time.
5. Save and confirm the item appears under Scheduled Quizzes.
6. To revise it, open the scheduled item, update recipients, days, time, or question settings, and save again.

A schedule creates invites at its configured times. It is not the same as an immediate assignment. Email or notification delivery depends on recipient data and the active delivery configuration.

Troubleshooting

• Verify the displayed time zone before announcing the schedule.
• If an expected invite is absent, confirm the schedule is active, the day/time has passed, and the player remains eligible.
• Avoid creating a second schedule while troubleshooting the first.
