Create a quiz

Quiz authoring is handled in the organization web portal. The modern coach web dashboard reviews published content and results; mobile focuses on assigned quizzes rather than full authoring.

Build the quiz

1. Select the organization or team that should own the quiz.
2. Open Quizzes and choose Create a Quiz.
3. If the workflow opens Questions, create or select the questions needed for the quiz.
4. Provide a clear title and the available quiz settings.
5. Review question text, answer choices, the correct answer, categories, and any media.
6. Save the quiz, then return to Quizzes and confirm it appears with the expected source and team scope.
7. Publish or invite players only after a second review.

Saving a quiz does not prove that players received it. Assignment, scheduling, and publication are separate actions.

Troubleshooting

• If Create a Quiz opens the question bank, add eligible questions first.
• If controls are absent, verify role, subscription, and selected team.
• Do not duplicate a quiz merely because it is organization-owned; check its source and use the reuse workflow.
