Invite players to a team

Confirm the correct team first. Direct roster addition requires an existing 6Tool username or email; the coach web form does not send an account invitation to an unknown email.

Add or invite a player

1. In coach web, open the team from Dashboard.
2. To let players join themselves, copy the displayed Team Code or choose Copy Invite Link and send it through your normal communication channel.
3. To add an existing account directly, choose Add Player.
4. Enter the player's username or account email, choose Indefinitely or For a season, and provide both season dates when required.
5. Choose Add. Confirm the player appears with a roster status.
6. In mobile, open Teams for the equivalent team-code and roster workflow.

Players using a code or link may create a join request that a coach must review. Sharing the link does not expose results.

Troubleshooting

• No account found with this email address means the player must create an account or use the join link; verify spelling before proceeding.
• A season end must be after its start.
• If the wrong team was selected, stop before adding and switch teams.
