Publish a quiz

Complete question and answer review first. Publication is performed in the organization portal; coach web then shows supported published content.

Publish safely

1. Open Quizzes and select the quiz.
2. Review its title, question order, answer choices, correct answers, categories, ownership, and team scope.
3. Resolve any validation message for missing or invalid content.
4. Use the available publish action and confirm the prompt.
5. Return to the quiz list or coach dashboard and verify the published item is visible in the intended scope.
6. Assign or schedule the quiz separately for the intended players.

Publishing makes content eligible for delivery; it does not by itself guarantee an invite or email. Delivery behavior depends on the subsequent assignment.

Troubleshooting

• If publication is blocked, reopen each question and check required answers and media.
• If the quiz appears under the wrong team, correct its scope before inviting players.
• If players cannot see it, inspect the assignment or schedule rather than republishing.
