Set up a coach account

You need an email address you can access. If your school or club already uses 6Tool, ask its owner whether you should accept an invitation or request access instead of creating another organization.

Complete setup

1. Open the 6Tool sign-up page and choose the coach or organization path.
2. Enter your account details, create a password, and complete any email verification shown.
3. Sign in. If you own a new program, continue with Create organization. If you are joining an existing team, use its invitation, team code, or Request team access.
4. Confirm that the coach dashboard or organization portal opens.

The modern coach web app and mobile coach experience focus on teams, invitations, assigned content, and reports. The organization portal adds organization-wide staff, player, quiz, billing, and event administration; its options depend on your role and subscription.

Troubleshooting

• If you land on a player experience, sign out and verify that the intended coach email was used.
• If an invitation is missing, check spam and ask the sender to confirm the address. Do not create a duplicate account to work around an invite.
• Use password recovery for an existing address instead of signing up again.
