Report an invite or attempt
Use reporting for suspicious, abusive, mistaken, or integrity-related activity. Do not investigate by impersonating a player or requesting their password.
Submit a report
- For a team invitation, open coach Invites and choose Report on the pending card.
- Enter an accurate reason that identifies the concern without unrelated personal information.
- Submit and confirm the invitation status changes to Reported.
- For a questionable assessment or quiz attempt, record the visible player, team, quiz or assessment, completion time, and the reason for concern.
- Use the supported flag action when present; otherwise contact support with those identifiers and a screenshot that excludes unrelated players.
Reporting does not automatically change a score or remove a player. It creates a reviewable signal; support may need additional context.
Troubleshooting
- If the item was already resolved, provide its displayed status to support.
- Never include passwords, authentication codes, or an entire roster export.
- For immediate safety concerns, follow your organization's safeguarding policy in addition to reporting in 6Tool.
