Manage organization players

Use View Full Organization for a cross-team list or select a team before making team-specific changes.

Add or edit a player

  1. Open Players and search for the player before creating another record.
  2. Choose the player to review details, team memberships, invitations, and available results.
  3. Use the edit action to update supported profile details and team assignments.
  4. For a selected team, assign the supported positions or groups and save.
  5. Review Players team requests when an indicator appears; approve only recognized accounts.
  6. Return to Players and verify the player appears in the expected scope.

Organization player management can associate teams, positions, groups, and an optional baseball-report link. It does not replace the player's own account security or consent settings.

Troubleshooting

  • If the player appears only organization-wide, select the expected team and inspect membership.
  • Avoid creating a duplicate when an account already exists under a username or different display name.
  • For youth privacy or deletion requests, follow the dedicated privacy guidance.
