Event participant administration availability
Customer participant administration is not currently available in the organization portal. The participant route may display a migration placeholder; it does not add, update, invite, or remove participants.
Request event participant support
- Stop if the page displays EventParticipants - To be migrated.
- Contact Customer Success with the organization, event name, requested participant action, and deadline.
- Include only the minimum identifying information support requests through an approved secure channel.
- Wait for confirmation before telling participants that access or an invitation has been created.
Expected result: support confirms the available process without exposing participant data through a placeholder page.
Troubleshooting
- Missing navigation can mean the role or subscription lacks event access.
- Do not repeatedly submit or use browser back/forward to infer a save.
- Handle participant exports and screenshots as private data.
