Troubleshoot organization billing
Only an organization owner should troubleshoot billing. Never send a full card number, password, or authentication code to support.
Diagnose the problem
- Open Profile → Subscription and record the displayed plan, team quantity, and most recent invoice status.
- If you just returned from payment, wait a few minutes and refresh once.
- Choose the manage action and confirm the hosted billing portal opens.
- In the portal, verify the billing account and intended subscription change.
- Return to 6Tool and confirm the subscription and available team slots.
- If still incorrect, contact support with organization name, account email, approximate time, invoice identifier, and a screenshot with payment details redacted.
Billing changes can take a moment to synchronize. A team-capacity card is based on the current subscription quantity and existing team count.
Troubleshooting
- If no invoice section appears, confirm you are signed in as the owner.
- If a portal link fails repeatedly, stop and contact support rather than attempting another purchase.
- For a duplicate or unknown charge, provide invoice IDs and dates; do not publish billing information in a team message.
